I believe he was quoting Prez TJ Whitmore, but the quote was so truncated (just that one line), it almost didn’t sound like a quote. Mild applause from the crowd. Mixed reaction? I’m just confused.
God of Carnage certainly felt like that in its original Broadway production that was later imported to Los Angeles with its four member cast of James Gandolfini, Hope Davis, Bill Pullman and Marcia Gay Harden all along for the ride.
